ContractGuards is a personal project that uses AI to analyze contracts and identify potential risks or unfavorable terms. It's designed to help you understand contracts better, but:

• This is NOT legal advice - I'm a developer, not a lawyer
• This is NOT a substitute for a real attorney - For important contracts, consult a qualified lawyer
• The AI can make mistakes - It's a tool to help, not a perfect solution
• Use at your own risk - You're responsible for your decisions

As a personal project, I cannot promise:

• 100% uptime or availability
• Perfect AI analysis (it can miss things or be wrong)
• 24/7 support (it's just me!)
• Enterprise-level security or compliance
• That the service will exist forever

I do my best to keep the service running and useful, but please understand the limitations of a personal project.

Please:

• Don't upload illegal content
• Don't try to break or abuse the service
• Don't share your account with others
• Be mindful that this is a free service run by one person
• Consider the sensitivity of documents you upload

Here's what happens with your data:

• Contract files are processed in memory only - not saved permanently
• Your analysis results are stored so you can access them later
• Your documents are sent to OpenAI's API for analysis
• I don't sell or share your data with anyone
• You can delete your account and data anytime

• Decisions you make based on the AI analysis
• Missed risks or incorrect analysis
• Service downtime or data loss

This is a free service provided "as is" - please use it responsibly and understand the risks.

Support helps with:

I may update these terms occasionally. If I make significant changes, I'll try to notify users through the app or email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Polish law. I'm based in Poland, so any legal disputes would be handled there.
